IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Fully paid orders will be distributed will take place from 15 November 2024 according to payment date. Take note our website is already active from the 6th September, paid orders will be processed accordingly

1. The availability of books is dependent on the stock levels of our suppliers.

2. Parents determine their own method of payment.(Only online payment accepted) Please note! Fully paid orders after 1 December 2024 might have a potential waiting period. (Longer than previously mentioned). Fully paid orders after 1st of December will be charged to parents' bookshop account per book for any potential backorders.

3. Processing of orders will only be executed once the bookshop account is fully paid. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the bookshop account is settled in full.

4. Packages can be delivered at indicated address or collected from our warehouse( only when notified).

5. Books that are not available during the processing of orders (BACKORDERS), will be handled as follow: Delivery option : Books will be sent with courier, as soon as it is available. Collection option : Books should be collected from our warehouse.(Notifications will be send out)

6. Website & warehouse will close for orders- 20 December 2024 - 1 January 2025. No orders will be processed, distributed within this time frame. The website & warehouse will be closed for any new orders during this period.
